Goldball: ranged view in displaying destinations on FlyingSaucer

- implemented ranged view in displaying destinations on FlyingSsaucer.
- Up and down arrow buttons will be displayed in 'East and West ' menu on FlayingSaucer in LandMid
- Now it became easier to look at list of many destinations in smartphone screen too.
- changed the default alignment of the main menu on the right top corner of the screen.
